Biography
Lawyer

She is a retired teacher with a degree in Education, specializing in geography, history, and civics. She worked with students in various educational units for over 30 years.
She served as the Legal Advisor for the Defense of Children International (DNI) for 10 years.
She is a lawyer by profession and has been part of the FUBE team, serving children for the past 18 years.
She co-authored the development of Law 3773 and the proposed Bill 010/23-24.
She is a specialist in the care and prevention of sexual violence crimes against children and adolescents.
She was a faculty member at the Universidad Católica San Pablo in 2019 and 2020.
She is a co-counsel in the case Angulo Lozada vs Bolivia and a co-counsel before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
She is also a co-author of the book “The Unique Interview of Children in Sexual Violence Crimes” (2024 edition) and “Proposal for the Plurinational State of Bolivia to Create Safe Spaces for Children and Adolescents to Grow and Develop Without the Risk of Sexual Violence and to Improve Access to Justice” (2021 edition).
