Cristina Mamani Rios
Pastry Chef

Cristina Mamani Ríos is a pastry chef with over fifteen years of experience and a vital pillar of the Foundation’s café. In her current role, she prepares a variety of delicious pastries, provides friendly customer service, and manages the café’s sales.
Previously, she contributed as an educator in the baking occupational therapy sessions, sharing her expertise with the families attending FUBE. Her warmth and attention make every visit to the café a welcoming and special experience.
