Tatiana Rubio Andrade (Ecuador) Is a Strategic Communications Specialist and serves as Regional Communications Coordinator and Regional Coordinator of the August 9 Campaign at A Breeze of Hope Foundation.

She holds a degree in Social Communication, has studied French language, and has specialized training in gender and the prevention of gender-based violence. She combines her professional experience with a deep commitment to human rights. Nine years ago, she found in women’s rights and human rights activism the path to transform into action a conviction that has accompanied her since childhood: recognizing in her own experiences the strength to fight for social causes and the well-being of communities.

Her social awareness was nurtured from an early age by her family, the arts, and the belief that solidarity can transform lives. Today, she sees communication as a bridge between people and a powerful tool to amplify voices, foster empathy, and inspire change that strengthens the protection of children and adolescents while contributing to more just societies.
