Gabriela Zuleta, originally from Potosí, is a Systems Engineer with a nationally accredited degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón in Cochabamba. She has over 9 years of professional experience, initially contributing to the systematization of research results achieved by the research units at the Technological Research Directorate of the Universidad Mayor de San Simón. She has also taught computer science and programming at UNIFRANZ University, and later worked for about 5 years as a systems manager in a consulting and construction firm.

Currently, she serves as the Head of Development, Software Quality Control, and Technical Support at FUBE, assisting staff with the proper functioning of their computer equipment and the completion of their databases.
