Franklin holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations. He has a strong passion for participating in the development and implementation of public policies that benefit society, particularly vulnerable groups.
Franklin is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Development Cooperation with a focus on Project Management and Leadership, along with a certification in International Humanitarian Action.
He was part of the General Coordination of the Ministry of Finance of Ecuador, working through the Directorate of International Relations. He was involved in research and efforts to establish national and international cooperation links for the Ministry.
For the past 9 years, Franklin has volunteered to support human groups, especially young people affected by social issues, providing emotional and spiritual support on topics such as depression, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual violence, addiction, and more.
Professionally, he has experience in the Social Assistance Department of the “Fundación Somos Luz”. He is deeply committed to dedicating his life to serving others
Within A Breeze of Hope, his role is to promote an environment of collaboration and goodwill among activists and service providers involved in the Resilientes e Inquebrantables (Resilient and Unbreakable) program.
