Adelayda was born in the city of Oruro and is a lawyer by profession, with postgraduate training in various specialties related to the defense and promotion of human rights. Throughout her professional career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to the protection of the most vulnerable sectors, particularly women and children victims of violence. She has served in the Public Ministry, where she was awarded an institutional commendation by the District Attorney of Oruro for her outstanding work in the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Sexual Violence Crimes. Additionally, she received recognition from the Municipal Council of the Autonomous Municipal Government of Oruro for her contribution to children’s rights, world peace, and human rights. Her professional practice is based on values such as justice, social sensitivity, and a vocation for service. On a personal level, she deeply values moments of serenity and balance, which reflect her strong, empathetic, and committed character.
